Feel free to contact us at contact@uhsf.nl to plan a date that’s convenient. After your pitch and when you’ve had the chance to finetune your business plan, we invite you to submit a full proposal, which you can do through this website.

Who is involved? Highlight their experience, skills and responsibilities and time commitment to the company. Equally important: what skills and experience are missing and thus to be sourced and hired?

What is your value proposition? What problem in the market are you solving? Based on that, what are customers willing to pay for your solution?

Make sure you have the following documents available before applying:
- Business plan
- Financial Projections (P&L, Balance and Cashflow, min. 5 years, Excel)
- Copy of the Articles of Association (statuten)
- Extract of the Chamber of Commerce (<3 months old)
- Most recent annual accounts (if available)
- Most recent balance sheet + P&L accounts
- Cap table (including # shares, share classes, granted warrants/options and SAFEs)
